Getting Better Sleep: CBT-I for Insomnia
Getting Better Sleep: CBT-I for Insomnia is a VIRTUAL support group for adults (18+) struggling with insomnia who want a structured, evidence-based approach to better sleep. CBT-I is considered the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia, and this group will pair that framework with the support of a small cohort. The group is led by Marissa Hall, LCSW, a trauma-informed therapist trained in CBT-I.
Over 6 weeks, the group will combine:
Psychoeducation on sleep and the factors that keep insomnia going
Weekly homework to practice new skills between sessions
Personalized recommendations for improving your sleep
Optional weekly individual check-ins by phone call or text
