My Therapy Approach
You’ll have autonomy and control.
Everything we do together is built around your needs and tailored to you being in the driver’s seat. I’m right alongside you, but every step will be anchored in your comfort and direction.
Holistic and Strengths-Focused
As a therapist, my priority is to help you feel seen and understood, which includes every part of you and the larger systems that impact your life. We will spend time not only on where you want to grow, but also focusing on the strength you already hold within yourself!
Grounded in Empathy and Understanding
Our work together will focus on how I can support you in your growth, which often starts by facilitating a better understanding of yourself. We’ll work together to explore your roots from a place of compassion and patience.
